So I finally found a mod that allows you to play as a vampire with the bat nose it took a bit of digging around on nexus but I found one. Here is the link.

Okay after going through the vampire races I found out that you can only select the skin tone of your face since the body and head mismatch.

Hmmm it seems that this mod causes crashes on character creator rather often since I was excited I just made a dunmar vampire. It seems this mod is really unstable since its not that popular I think I will uninstall it since if it causes crashes whenever I go to another race on the list the modder needs a lot more to work out.

Oh more sad news it seems that imperials, bretons(going to this vampire race option crashes my game) and high elves don't have the bat face on the character creator. *sigh*

I am so sad right now I can't share in garans bat nose awesomeness *cries* seems like I am going back to the mod that removes the red slit, dirty face and gives females the new glowing vampire eye mod. *cries*

Awww that's too bad. Dang it bethesda give me my bat nose! That's it I can't wait to get my gaming PC.

I just used showracemenu in console to change my nose.
