Hello all,

I changed my FOV through the console commands and then saved. I didn't notice at first...but every like ten minutes or so I have to change the FOV back to 90...it goes back to 60 by itself? I don't know it's weird...I tried editing the INI but didn't see any difference at all. Has anyone else had this problem? Or if you have a suggestion for me that would be great!!

I think you might need to set the .ini file to read-only.

Well it seams to be when I go into the map...that's weird.

Mine is doing the same thing. INI file string has no effect, and the console command keeps resetting at random. A WORD OF WARNING: It seems that using the console AT ALL and saving the game after breaks the steam achievements. I had heard that the achievements were disabled for that session only. THIS IS NOT THE CASE.


This really is disappointing. First the crap textures, now the insane FOV... Bethseda should be embarrassed.
