Hey, so there are probably tons of posts relative to fps drops but couldn't find none similar to mine so..

My Rig

CPU-i5-2500 3,3Ghz
Memory:8GB Ram
GPU:Nvidia Gainward 260 GTX 892MB 448-bit SE
Resolution:1600x900
I know the GPU is kinda old but.. can′t upgrade now

So i have this fps drops that i just found out is only while am looking at the mountains peaks, I have a few texture mods, i have the DLC Hi-res and the 2K texture mod(LITE version) and a few others, my VRAM probably not enough but i don′t understand then why iam looking at the towns/village and have 50/60 fps and if i look at a mountain the fps drop to steady 30
i tried tons of different configurations, disabling HI-res DLC, no good, turning off AA nothing(playing atm 2x) lowering AF, lowering detail distance, low or ultra the change is minimal, messing around with fade, nothing the frame rate difference is minimal, I even tried a mod that lowers the pine needles to a lower resolution because i thought the fps drop was while was in the middle of the tress but that was because i was looking at mountains at the same time.

My regular setup is 2x AA, 16AF, Texture-high, Shadow-medium,Radial Blur-high, Decal-ultra, default fade, and high/ultra distance detail since doesn′t really matter what setting i have.

Anyone know whats causing this?Maybe some .ini setting?

I would appreciate all help.
