There's a bug in a hardware detection routine (again ) that uses integrated video registry settings instead of a good one. Users workaround: delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E968-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}\0000 if this is an integrated video (check .\Settings for device description)
Umm do i delete the whole 0000 folder? is that supposed to fix the 1 FPS issue without something like idk [censored]IN UP MAH PC? <3
You can uninstall all video drivers, delete video-card device, reboot and check registry for obsolete "folders" (delete if necessary). THEN install new driver.
