I have some various Frame skippings but only in 3rd Person view. I use a tweaked
ini (only shadow and water reflect Resolution) and driver TR SSAA. I dont use any
Mods or else and play in Ultra settings. All my drivers are up to date and ill get
fluid 60 FPS without any drops. I dont know if it is really skipping but i dont look
like lag or stuttering it looks like missing frames on looking around or moving.

I tested standard settings without any driver setting but it didnt fix the skipping.
Malware, Virus Scans and Defrag and such things already done. Dont know where this
comes from and what i should do, i have no problems with other games. The funniest
thing is on my old hardware the game works fine i think it was patch 1.6 or 1.7.
Im sure its not my hardware i should play this game without any FPS issues.

Ill tested this vsync thing too but it didnt change something and im sure its no
input lag because its only in 3rd person view and not in 1st person.

bts: ist not a harddrive issue i tested it on HDD and SSD no Change at all.
so its no loading texture lag or else only skipping Frames in 3rd Person.

Any ideas ?
