I cant start the quest "a night to remember". i hear you gota do a drinking game with this sam guy, but ever time i complete it he just says "heres a staff, you dont look so good." and it completes the misc quest. but dont black out or anything. hell i can leave the inn and do the drinking game over and over and over again.
