Putting this here since I'm totally out of ideas: I've started having problems loading any areas in Riften's immediate exterior. If I exit the city or load in around it at one of the farms for instance, the game will either freeze completely after loading, or straight up CTD.

I've tested this on several modded saves and completely vanilla, unmodded saves and installations and I get the same result every time. Even starting from scratch on a brand new install is giving me this problem. It doesn't seem possible to log the events to try and narrow the issue down either.

I've got Dawnguard and Hearthfire, and the High Res pack, all official content, and nothing else. I haven't even been able to begin the Dawnguard quests because of this problem. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

I can only suspect this is due to the most recent official update, as the game has run completely flawlessly up to this point. Now after 350 hours I have to avoid an entire area of the game or face freezing and crashes.
