Fresh install + mods = blue trees : V

So obviously the textures for most of my trees aren't being loaded.. I haven't played skyrim since January or so and I just got a super hot new pc so I installed it on my new computer and loaded it up with mods. I thought the culprit might be "Skyrim Bigger Trees" but disabling that didn't do anything for me.. I downloaded beth's high res pack hoping to just overwrite the 'lack of texture' and that didn't work either.. So here's a couple screenshots (rather large-ish) and my load order in the hopes of someone with more experience than me stopping by and lending a hand. Any help is appreciated.

edit: scratch that about the "large-ish" pictures, apparently I forgot to keep the original file size when I uploaded.. No worries, though, they're big enough to see what I mean.

Blue trees point to memory problems. What version of Windows are you running, and how much RAM do you have on your computer?

win 7 64 ultimate
and 8 gigs of ram

and to anticipate the next question my gpu is a 7970
