i have to do the quest for frida so i can get the fortify alchemy ring, i have already destroyed the dark brotherhood so now this is the only way. i was able to the quest for her on my other profile, but i made some bad decisions there so its deleted. But one this profile she is not giving me the quest, how can i fix this?

and there is another bounty quest where i am told to go to mount anthor and kill the dragon there, but there is no damn dragon there. and yes im in the right location because ive seen people on youtube slaying the dragon on that same location, but its not there in my game even when the game is telling its there!

also, im playing on ps3. ive already spent 80 hours on this profile and there is no way im going to start all over. ive already started over enough time, i know bethesda isnt going to fix this, but there has to be a solution

Have the same problem re: non-existent dragon at Mt Anthor. I had previously cleared it (and dealt with the resident dragon there) but that was many game days back. Received a radiant quest to kill the dragon but no such beasty. Alsom no quest arrow on map even when the quest is selected.

And what if you try to 'fast-forward' a certain amount of in-game days? Dragons should respawn after some days, but I can't remember how many days it was. Could be 10, could be 30. Can't find anything about the respawn time of dragons when I do a quick search either ...

/edit: I do know that the dragon flying around his lair in Eastmarch has respawned after some time in my game ...

You've probably killed the dragon at that location recently(before accepting the quest) and it hasn't had time to respawn

As for Frida you can only have one http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Dungeon_Delving_%28Caves%29 active at a time. So you may need to complete a similar quest first. And don't for get to check item shops you may just find an item of fortify alchemy

It may not have had enough time for the dragon to respawn or it could be a bug. I've got two bounty targets that haven't respawned (Four Skull Lookout and Uttering Hills Cave). I haven't "Waited" for 30 days, but I'm pretty sure I've stayed out of their cells long enough for them to respawn especially Uttering Hills because the henchmen have respawned twice, but their leader has not.
