Frostfall 2.0, Dragonborn DLC and sheer impatience...

Post » Thu Jan 10, 2013 6:37 am

I came away from skyrim over a month or so ago after deciding id wait for frostfall 2.0, dragonborn's release and a number of other awesome upcoming updates to fantastic mods. Starting to get a bit impatient now though

my question is... will starting a new playthrough now with my desired (but relatively small) mod setup and then installing dragonborn on its immediate release just turn skyrim into a huge incompatible mess. Should I wait until dragonborn is released, and then until most mods are updated again before playing or will dragonborn seamlessly be integrated into the world when installed without messing anything up.

... or am i just asking for too much information too soon? :ermm:

Frostfall 2.0 is out, actually.

As for your question, I can't say for sure, but throwing Dawnguard on to one of my older saves caused a few bugs, and I was able to complete it on a new save. I don't think Dragonborn will be that bad, though, and I'm sure that's a fairly limited incident.

I have no problem creating new characters, though. So making a character to mess around with until release is easy for me, but if you have a hard time switching to another then I'd wait.

My opinion is probably an incoherent mess, so you're better off waiting for more responses .

You're best just ignoring everything I say.

why not using Unofficial mods to fix the bugs after 2 or so weeks a unofficial mod will be released for Dragonborn im pretty sure of that so start and then use that mod or you can wait till Dragonborn comes out and then use all the mods u wish that way you get even more desire when playing it :D
