I searched the forums, but found nada..

Apparantly, http://www.gameranx.com/features/id/3496/article/skyrim-perks-guide/. I haven't seen this before at least.

I'm a bit disappointed though, so many of them are just statistic related. I'd like even more things that affect gameplay, like decapitation, never set off pressure plates and so on...

This cannot be the full list.. One-handed only has four perks to choose from? I wouldn't count this as the final list.

When i was reading through it, I was thinking "SH1T I gotta pick which skills I want to be my major, there are so many good perks for everything!"

Than I remembered how awesome this game is gonna be because I wont have to choose, I can use any I like

Apparently Gameranx is not above plagiarizing, as most of that list is Sammu's work, right down to having 'Kindred Mage' listed but not having further explanation (Sammu's recording was bad on that one IIRC). Disappointing that they would stoop like that.
