Fully modded Holorifle glitched?

Here's the deal, since I installed the last of the 3 mods for the Holorifle, the weapon's "health" never went down... I' ve just finished the Dead Money DLC and during all that time I never had the necessity of using a weapon kit on it.
So...glitch or we finally have a weapon that doesn't need repair after shooting 10 ennemies?

It never goes down for me either. (All mods installed)
It's nice but also unbalanced and should be patched.

Why don't we let them patch more pressing issues first :P

If it ain't broke don't fix it. Patches that don't screw things up in the process would be nice.

The Holorifle (fully modded) is glitched badly. In VATS, it will refuse to reload and the Courier will be in a stasis animation, but the enemies inside VATS will continue to attack! This means the Courier is effectively neutered into being a punching bag. This is recorded on the Wikia page.

Occasionally, The weapon will refuse to fire in VATS, and the player will be stuck watching enemies attack him unable to do anything.
