Why regen? I hear its better just to add Health and Magicka because the more you have, the faster it actually regenerates. I could be completely wrong though.

People say Khajit is the best race, they also say 2Hand svcks, ive heard many complain that Restoration is underpowered, people say alot of things, this is just what i do becuz i enjoy it.

I have actually never heard any of those things.
