When you use this shout, it extinguishes all torches/light in the vicinity and temporarily makes it night-time so you can sneak around easier. If not extinguish, then it sends all torches in the area to your inventory.

Each word increases the range, so you can take out more light, and lasts longer. it'd also be helpful to stock up on torches.

Krent- Broken

That's actually quite a neat idea, and they did test the idea of water arrows in the gamejam video.

Pretty useful for assassins or thieves. Wouldn't have thought of it myself.
