Sheild charge isn't working :/ so now I can't shield charge, use marked for death, finish quests due to respawn issues, remove certain quest items that I acquired before the quest started and jab whole towns bug out(everyone was standing around, inn keeper wouldn't take my money, bard wouldn't play, follower disappeared). I wonder if they were planning a game for next year but decided they'll release dec 21st this year just so they can have the 2012 release day.

For the release day to be 2012 wouldn't they need to release on the 20th not 21st?

Not sure that shield charge ever worked, half the shield perk tree has no effect whatsoever. Removal of quest items is something that can't be fixed unless Bethesda find a way to retroactively patch the game as that bug is now part of your save file.

I'm not aware of any issues with Marked for Death so more information might help in suggesting a fix if we can think of one, same goes for your respawn issues, note that the cancelled 1.6 patch has a respawn fix, so provided that 1.7 actually happens at some point that might help.

Never seen an entire town freeze up, sounds like maybe the schedules for those NPCs is messed up, suggest uninstall/reinstall for that one and hope their schedules aren't saved in your save data as well.

Well I'm not sure, it's sometime around the 21st when 2012 is aupposed to happen.

And I obviously can't be 100% sure with MFD cuz I can't console command, but at least with PC it instead decreases resitance by te amount listed per second for the time it works, basically accumulates and doesn't wear off, which basically wrecks any followers you Accidently hit, supposedly a modder made a mod that all it does is check a tic into a box in the code somewhere and it fixes it all, do pretty much a bug that would take bethesda maybe 5 mins top, I'm pretty sure the big is ps3 too

Also the town thing fixed after two hard resets, froze during first reload

Strange, marked for death was my most used shout while I was using conventional weapons and I never had a problem with it, it seems to lower resistances just fine (became redundant once I had 100 smithing and enchant and could make a 200 damage flaming ice sword, and that's without the potion exploit)

Unless you're saying that you can't use it because you're afraid you'll hit a follower and cripple their resists, in which case the wabbajack is known to fix this as it removes current effects and replaces them with a random one, which will wear off properly.

Kk thanks I may find someone to test it on just in case, if it's bugged the wabbajack isn't too hard to get, and I'm afraid to do almost anything, I won't even pick up a book with a price over 10 gold unless I know it's a skill book
