i liked in dragonborn you can fund the expidition underground. what i don't like is not being able to do that more. I'd like to come to skyrim and fund a new town, or a building, expidion, etc wouldn't you?

I'd pay a few thousand Septim's to rebuild Helgan...

We need more options to change the world around us, to be completely honest. Players like to feel that they are having an influence, more so than what the CW quest line allowed.

Something like Fable would be nice. I loved how paying 5000 gold actually spawned a town.

Or how that 2500 gold allowed a bridge to be constructed, allowing new trade to be opened up, and even discovering a new area.

Skyrim lacks this, sadly
