So here I am traveling to Eldergleam Sanctuary. I am in the hot springs area and this NPC comes running by me and stops and looks around. She is not hostile, so I go over to talk to her and find out that she is a vampire! She makes no moves to threaten me, and the speech option says, " This person is busy..". I think WTH? as I am rolling on the ground laughing.
Has anyone else met an anonymous vampire NPC in the wilderness that was not hostile?
