Just encountered this glitch where I would head to the Carpenter work bench and things i have created will reappear on the list. No changes would be done to the room and you would waste materials. Such examples is the bookshelf room. Seems like Bethesda did a piss poor job on this dlc.

Ive had this happen as well.

You can avoid this by exiting and re-entering the work bench. It may not happen the first time so keep trying.

Yes, I can confirm this. Exiting and re-entering the work bench stops this glitch.

this needs to be patched in the next update. I keep exiting and re-entering, sometimes I'm lucky and 2-3 times it will return to normal over 10 times I say **** it!

Love the missed quality control, they really rushed this DLC! But yes, i have this bug too, and it is quite annoying.

I can confirm I have this bug as well I just reported it in the bug thread.

Also I can add to this if you construct several things let's say two end tables and a dresser. Ok I make the two end tables and the dresser disappears and if I exit the work bench and click it again the dresser will be back.
