I just got Skyrim on PC and when I try to run it I get into the game and to the part where Ralof tells me to look at the guy with the black hair and I do but then they stop talking and I never get off the cart. It's not my save because I've started multiple new ones and I still get the same problem. Can someone help?

Really strange bug... Try to verify game cache on STEAM. Maybe you missing some files.
