So I have dozens and dozens of hours in and I have several quests in my log. I cant finish any of them. They are.

Battle for Windhelm - Can play through the mission until the end when I fight the two boses. They cant die and I cant compete the quest

The Fallen - "call the dragon to dragonsreach" I call the dragon with my shout but he wont appear

Regain Eastmarch - She tells me to meet my troops but there not there

So im stuck in limbo. Is there anything I can do to keep playing and possibly finish the game? I am 39 and have played games most of my life. I cant recall a game where I couldn't progress to the end. Its clear that there are endless bugs, glitches with this game just from this forum alone. So how can they possibly release additional content when the game is broken? I feel duped that I supported this company with collectors edition and collectors edition guide.
