I think this should be brought to ZEN's attention. They actually have the ESO emblem and an Argonian in the game screen picture and at the top it even says Elder Scrolls Online. when you click play it takes you to another game that is.. not what your expecting.

They have multiple adds that pop up that link this on facebook. One says come back to Skyrim's new world. Another just says come play Elder Scrolls Online.

Haha that's so laughably badly done, with the comic sans, the differing art styles (cgi on the right, anime on the left) and the phrase "Level up with Awesome Beast and Save Princess" that I just had to click it. The facebook tagline is "Even Better Than Skyrim" so let's see what this is all about...hm, it actually doesn't look terrible?? Oh well, I'm not going to play that, but it still is silly to be calling itself Elder Scrolls Online.

If Zenimax could successfully sue a game just for using the word "Scrolls" in the title, I see a big shutdown coming up...

That has to be a major infringement on copy right laws.
