I'm not sure where to post this as there will be possible spoilers in this post so I'll post here.

I am trying to complete the "Death Incarnate" quest in the Dark Brotherhood quest line. Initially, every time I entered the Sanctuary and got past the first guards the game would crash. I lowered my settings and was able to get deeper in to where I could help Nazir. Then while I follow him to escape, the Night Mother will begin talking and a few seconds later my game will crash.

I have tried playing on the lowest settings at 1280x720, but I still can't get past this part of the quest without crashing.

Here are my specs (all stock):
Intel Core i7 930
nVidia 470 GT
4GB RAM
1TB 7200rpm HDD
Win 7 64bit

Also, Nothing but drivers, system processes, steam, and microsoft security are running in the background. I'm not getting any crash notices so I can't troubleshoot on my own. The game just goes away.
