I dont know why, but when i load to the very first part of chapter 2 it just crashes and the game doesnt respond, then it goes to windows, it seem to crash after the auto-save, and i dont know why... my laptop is an ASUS, and it has all the requirments, the only thing that has RELATIVELY low, is the memory ram which is 4gb, and the grafics card is nvidia 550m 2gb, intel core i7 2.0ghz andont think thatd win7.. i dont think thats bad!!!!!! PLEASE HELP

Try running the game as an administrator.
I do not know if the game writes a new file in the beginning of each act, but It could be possible that it triggers an access denied.

If that does not help look here if you see any message related to your crash:
Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Event Viewer -> Windows Logs -> Application
