Game Crashes When Leaving Cell

Post » Mon Nov 19, 2012 11:13 am

I am currently working on a dungeon type setting which really isn’t all that big. So far I’ve spent about two weeks on it, with several hours of actual gameplay for testing. I got everything working perfectly, except now I have a problem. Yesterday I decided to add two very small rooms. They’re just big enough for one bed and a small shelf. After creating these two rooms the game crashes as I leave the cell.
Prior to adding these two rooms I wouldn’t have any issues with leaving the cell.

Does it happen when you are moving from an interior to an exterior? Might want to do a search for "crash cell worldspace". I think it's usually a ref count thing, where once it hits a certain count, it will crash unless you tweak the ini and/or create a buffer cell or convert it to an esm.

Yeah. It happens when I leave a dungeon I created and enter the open world. I removed the rooms I created and now I doesn't crash, but I would really like to fix the issue so I can expand. Is there a way to check the item count in a cell?
