whenever i try to start a co-op game with my profile signed in or try to press start to start the beginning main menu with my profile as player 1 the game crashes and i have to restart the xbox i have tried on multiple xboxs all do the same thing and it never happens when my profile is not signed in can any one help me i would like to be able to continue enjoying this game

I have the exact same problem. I've send an email to Bethesda, but never got a reply. I also called xbox support, who had me go through an extensive number of steps, but nothing worked.

So did you ever figure out how to fix the problem? If so, could you tell me?

In my case it all began several months ago. I was playing with my profile signed into xboxlive, when I saw a message on my screen that said "disconnected from xboxlive". I finished the level I was playing, and exitted the game to the dashboard. I signed my profile back into xboxlive and since then I've been unable to continue the game.
