Ok folks,
Any assistance would be appreciated. Starting Saturday 9/29/12, the game started to lock up upon starting. I can get to Continue/New/Load screen. If I select New Game, I get the following error script:

[WETriggerScript<(01099883)>] WARNING: OnInt () myHoldLocation property has not been set, this will result in errors; followed by identical script with the following id differences (010D13EA) and (01099887).

If selecting Continue, I get the same error script and the game immediately crashes to desktop.

I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the game client from DVD-Rom, I've uninstalled and deleted the Skyrim game folder from the Steam folder and reinstalled. Nada.

I'm starting to think the problem is in my saved game files that Steam keeps syncing to my laptop from the cloud memory? Though that would not explain being unable to start a new game.

I've also unistalled all mods and uninstalled Nexus Mod Manager.

I saw the locked thread on the game client crashing, someone suggested checking an .ini file. Wasn't quite sure where that file would be found.
