So I was playing and I am on the quest called "Mankind - Refined" where I have to go talk to Father on the C.I.T ruins. Every single time I talk to him for the past month as soon as he says "I'll be waiting" the game freezes then turns off sending me to the home screen. This has been happening literally since NOVEMBER 2015. I have reported this several times without a single reply and just want to play the game.

I have tried so many things to try to fix it but it is still happening. I have tried:

Turning the console off and on again

Clearing cache

Cleaning the disc several times

Bought a new disc

Re-installing the game on both discs

Loading from a new save

Going back to the quest after doing a lot of side quests

Waiting a while for a patch to fix it

None of these have done anything it seems. I just want to complete the game but I can't due to this bug stopping me for over a month without any fix to it.
