Is there a userguide anywhere that gives basic information on how to play/enjoy the game to the fullest? For example, if you carry too many items, will the weight slow you down or anything?

I'm looking for a manual too. Didn't get one with my Steam download

They must release one for us soon, this is very disappointing.
