everytime i go into water while playing Skyrim my game freezes ( i play on ps3). this is a newer issue, the problem only persented it's self on the last update. is this a issue that other people are running across?

This is a known issue. Delete the install data (NOT the save file) and reinstall the game and patches. It should work happily after that.
