My brother was playing Skyrim today and racked up quite a bounty on his head. When he decided to submit to a jail sentence, the game froze on him. It was unfortunate, but he had saved the game close to where he had been prior to submitting, so he figured the game wouldn't do it again. Unfortunately, he's been trying repeatedly to get rid of his bounty for the last hour or so and the game just keeps freezing every time he accepts his sentence. Has anyone else had this happen to them, and is there any word on a future update for things like this? I know it's only been out since yesterday, but it's a little disappointing to see things like this literally bring the game to a halt in some form.

EDIT: My brother and I have our own Xbox's, so he switched consoles (same hard drive), and found that the game still froze on him. This leads me to believe that the problem isn't with the Xbox's, but with the game. I could be wrong though.
