I just downloaded the 1.05 Patch or 1.5 (don't remember; but it's the newest patch to date.), and I play on a Ps3 console. Whenever I swim in water it freezes the game every time. It only happens when i pan the camera to go underwater as my characters body stays afloat above water. Or if I'm in 1st person view and go underwater. Any time you would normally hear the underwater sound effects will it freeze the game. This is annoying, because it will happen anywhere there is water. I'm a Wood Elf female, and that's about all I can say. Lastly my Disc for the game is still brand new, so no huge scratches or smudges on it. Let me know if anyone else is having this problem. yeah its happening to me. they say you have to delete the game data (not save data) and re download or something. its a known problem
