Installed a boatload of mods, made a bashed patch and checked for issues in Wrye Bash, used BOSS to sort my load order and I've still got problems. I select start a new game, the menu options disappear (though my cursor is still present) and it just stays with the symbol of the Empire. I tried disabling Live Another Life, since I figured that would be most directly related to this part of the game, but that didn't do anything. I figure a missing master would've resulted in a CTD (and it would've shown up in Wrye Bash), so I don't think it's that...

Any help?

It happens to me too, except I don't install any mod at all. And then I tried re-installing my game and it's fixed.

Well that's interesting.

My recommendation is validating the integrity of your Skyrim. That way it only has to redownload the files that got screwed up. You could also try removing your Skyrim.ini from your My Games\Skyrim folder and let the game generate a new one.

I just validated the files through Steam, but that didn't get me anywhere - all of the files were validated successfully. I'll give deleting the .ini a try, since I did modify it.

Deleting and renewing the .ini did not work either.
