I'm on the mission Return to the Tower, high chaos. This is my 3rd playthrough. I've made it into the tower via the side entrance through the moat. I interrupted Burrow's conversation with his guards on that video terminal in the main entrance, and killed the guards that came to investigate. Now when I try to activate the video terminal (which I've never done before) I start the conversation with Burrows but then the game hangs. It remains in letterbox mode and I cannot move, although I can blink and kill the 2 guards that come. I cannot save the game either, just reload.

After a few attempts at doing different things, I did get the conversation to work once, and I know there's a response option that should appear allowing me to remove the mask and reveal Corvo's identity to Burrows, or not. I ended not saving that one time, later reloading and doing something different. And now the video terminal conversation is back to hanging the game each time I activate it.

Is there a way to make this work?

If not I'll just ignore it like I have in my previous playthroughs. It's a shame because I intend to actually assassinate Burrows for the first time and I thought it would be fun to reveal Corvo's identity.

edit: I ended up ignoring the video terminal and continuing on. When I got up to Burrows, I tapped repeatedly to talk to him which eventually triggered a conversation which gave me the same option to reveal Corvo's identity.
