Every few minutes, my game drops out of fullscreen and loads up the HP support Assistant (which does nothing but sit there doing nothing).

Already changed my sound down to 42k as recommended which allowed me to get into the game, but not play it for longer than 2-3 mins at a time before I have to alt-tab 2-3 times to get back in
