Finally got it working on this rig, I restart steam and this happens.

Game loads up, i hear the music and see bethesda, then the skyrim logo with smoke, then the menus supposed to popup on the right, right? nope. nothing happens. just sits there with moving smoke.

If you actually want answers, you need to actually provide information.

I feel for ya there - I had changed my headset (one with a mic to one without hooked to an amp) and it got to that screen but promptly kicked me out - not even closing out and restarting helped. I had to plug the reg headset/mic back in for the game to play. Try checking your windows settings (sounds/graphics) update drivers and then try again
