Dear Bethesda,
I've enjoyed this great game of yours for at least 25-30 hours so far, and in that span of time I never once encountered anything of the sort which would hinder my ability to enjoy your game; however, today my game started to "freeze" or hiccup if you will every so often. Now what happens is that every minute and fifteen seconds or so, the game will freeze for at least 15 seconds, and this is a consistent problem; it is not random. This only started to occur for me this evening, and I find it near impossible to play the game now having to deal with a freeze almost every minute. Also, this takes effect no matter if I'm in the menu or in the physical game world.

Also yes, I have the game installed on my hard drive, and the problem still persists. I even uninstalled the game, and the problem still was happening.
