I recently watched Samurai Champloo again and it made me really want to play a great game with great swordplay.

I know there's ninja/stealth games, although too few good ones, but are there any good samurai/swordplay games?
I enjoyed The Witcher 2 but something about chapter two just killed it for me.

Lol, after how MGS4 ended I think raiden is pretty much done with.

I don't know how it stands up today but I loved the original Way of the Samurai on PS2. It was simple yet nicely done as there's different swords and sword fighting styles, you unlock more moves for each weapon and play out a samurai story at the end of their era. For some strange reason, every WotS got worse each installment and the last 1 was straight up garbage which is sad as they had great potential.
