yup, i could rant but i already sent them a email so here it is:

My Interpretation:

"Dear Eb,
You cancelled the midnight release on me, and I am the best. I'm going to boycott your store by still going. As incentive to call the midnight release back on, here is my extended character biography. Hopefully it will make you see that I need the game 12 hours early. PS You make me cry all day."
