Not sure if anyone else is aware of this... but this website is essentially copying popular forum threads from here, generating new names for posters, and deriving click-through revenue off other people's contributions. They are also ripping off the Nexus sites and re-posting people's mods without permission.

All of my mods are up there. I also see they don't always post them as the mod author, or get permission.

For example, I recently posted this thread about using TranslateTo to move a platform:

Their website gave me a new name and avatar and basically re-posted it word for word.

I believe these action constitute a violation of copyright under US law and I will be filing a formal take-down request. I encourage everyone else who's words are being misrepresented and who's modding work is being posted or stolen to do the same.

Oh, and they don't violate US copyright law, for the record. Forums are considered Fair Use. In addition, you have no claims on mods, either.

So please, settle down and ignore it. Not the first time this has happened and won't be the last.

It's just a fake site used for tricking people into registering so it can steal their details. You'll notice all the other posts are identical to the ones in your thread, and it's probably the same for the other topics.

Bethesda will take it down, don't worry.

I'd like to complain that they're using the wrong avatar for my posts. I'd like them to use the correct avatar so I can do them for copyright. And then Bethesda will do me for copyright because it's using their assets.
