Gaming PC Build help : Othor Games

I want to build a new gaming PC. I have about $600 to spend, but I do not need a monitor, mouse, keyboard, or speakers. I also have a graphics card, a GeForce GTX550 Ti so I do not need to upgrade that. If someone would kindly link me parts to what I need for around $600 I would be grateful. Oh and if it helps, I want to be able to max Skyrim with good FPS.

Your GTX 550Ti will be an instant thorn in your side if you want to max Skyrim and still get good performance. It's still a powerful card and should get you at least high settings, but I doubt you'd be able to max every setting and get the consistent framerate that you're looking for.
