I've already decided that I don't want to deal with speakers and sub woofers and all that stuff, I just want to go with a quality headset/headphones. Right now I have Turtle Beach X12's that I have been using for my Xbox 360, but I am not impressed with them at all. Aside from the audio quality not quite matching my standards, it's to easy to accidentally change the volume and bass on the inline remote. What more can you expect out of $60 gaming headphones?
I've already resigned to the fact that I will have to spend over $100 to get something that is really high quality and does justice to a $1,500 rig. These are the three headsets that I am stuck between:

I am not very experienced in the audio world, and I am by no means an audiophile, but these three look like really solid choices that are within a respectable price range. I've heard a lot of great things about Sennheiser, and when I was in high school I always heard people talking about how people should stop blowing money on garbage, overpriced, branded headsets like Beats, and get something of quality like a pair of Sennheisers.
I also really like the Corsair 2000's. The fact that they are wireless is a massive boost to my interest, and they have really good reviews. People who aren't audio snobs seem to really like the virtual 7.1 surround sound. It may not be what a lot of people would want, but it's bound to be leaps and bounds ahead of anything I have ever used.
I am by no means locked into one of these two. If you guys have any suggestions between these two headsets, or have suggestions for other sets within the same quality/price range, please just drop a post by. Any help picking out something of quality would be appreciated, because I don't know what is good and what to stay away from.
