Unless it's an easter egg, hell no. There is absolutely no reason a crazed clone would travel across the country.

Vault 108, to be specific.

I highly doubt that a bunch of clones that can only say their own name could make it all the way to the west coast. We may see something/someone like Gary though.

It was funny and weird the first time I walked into 108 and found the body "Gary 42" and was like, why is his last name 42? If it happened in New Vegas I think I would not be as impressed.

If there is even a chance of him appearance it had better be in Wild Wasteland. It was funny in Fallout 3, I don't see how it could possibly be funny in a different game, especially when it makes no sense whatsoever.
