hahaha, its a bethesda game, its full of glitches, just load a save before that part or start a new game, its sometimes annoying but thertes less and less glitchers the mroe times you play the game, the first playthroughs wil have more then the next ones becuase you've loaded more of the places and stuff, trust me im a big fan of bethesda games and they've all had glitches, another way is to go to your game data and delete skyrim and install it again (wont lose any saved data unless you delte the save data seperately) this should get rid of glitches (i had a really unique glitch on oblivion, where all the imperial guards in the imperial city heads would start moving around weirdly, which was fixed by reinstalling the game) also i never delted the save i only deleted the game and i kept the save still.
