Will completing this quest count against me getting the clean hands achievement?

What is the Clean Hands achievement. Even guessing, and having just gotten the second quest from Granny, it seems pretty obvious that you are going to leave a trail of death in your wake. :)

You can poison the still- they only turn into weepers not die

You need to get through the entire game without killing anyone. So far I am succeeding

What about the part in the sewers with Granny Rags does killing her there count?
