Farewell Gerry Anderson, creator of Thunderbirds, Stingray, UFO, Space 1999 and many more fab series. Can't imagine what my childhood would have been like without his brilliant work.

Sad that he's gone; very creative guy. I always used to get him mixed up with the late Terry Nation, the UK's other science fiction godfather...
