Open Dishonoredweapon.ini and replace the contents of
[DishonoredGameContent.DisDamageType_Arrow]m_bCanThrow=Truem_bCausesBleeding=Truem_bExplodesGrenades=Truem_bExplodesWhiskeyBottles=Truem_bForceThrowOnDeath=Truem_bPinLimb=Truem_bSeverLimbsUponDeath=Truem_bSlowDeathOnly=Falsem_bSpecifyHitReactImpulse=Falsem_ExpectedHitReaction=eDisPawnHitReactionType_Projectilem_fHitReactImpulse=100000.000000m_SeverLimbsUponDeathParams=(m_fChanceOfTriggering=0.3,m_fChanceOfDestroying=0.0,m_bIncludeNearestBone=False,m_bExcludeChestBone=True)
With the contents of
