Hey, I'm quite sure that there is no hair cutting in Skyrim, which I think is a shame. But maybe someone found anything? They had it in Fallout 3 and NV so i thought chances are pretty good for us to change hair and beard during the game. But obvisously not..i am playing on PS3, so no cheatcodes like showracemenu ...

thats the next thing, why doesnt have PS3 a console to enter the commands? it worked well on Two Worlds 2 ...

I've not found -anything- like it yet, I'm level 30 and I've found 182 Locations, none of them are places where you may change appearance.
