You have to wait for 24 hours I think...it should say "attend your ceromony" when the time comes

I actually got married yesterday, to Mjoll the Lioness from Riften. I reeeeeeeeally wanted to marry Hroki (think that's her name), the innkeeper's daughter in Markarth, because she's gorgeous, but that wasn't possible it seems.

Anyway, the funny thing about Mjoll is that she's constantly followed around by this guy called Aerin, who saved her life in the past. I didn't realise he'd still follow her around if I married her, but much to my chagrin, when I met Mjoll in my new house in Whiterun, who else should be in my house but Aerin! I was a bit peeved at this point, because I figured he'd be a pretty awkward third wheel throughout our budding new romance.

To my delight though, he immediately left my house and started walking for the gates. I asked Mjoll to "wait there" outside our house, and followed Aerin. It seems that his AI told him to return to Riften, his home town, and that he was going to walk the whole way there! I followed him on foot for about 10 minutes until we were alone in the wild, then I chopped the bastard's head off and threw his corpse in the river. I even took the jewelled rings off his dead fingers and gave them to Mjoll as a wedding gift.

Hurrah! Now I get my wife all to myself.

It certainly felt very good to do it, especially bounty-free. I did lose his head though, it went tumbling off into some bushes and I couldn't track it down. Assuming no-one stumbles across it in the future, I'm golden.

It's quite funny really - my character is normally a good guy, this is the first "good" NPC I've murdered. I'm not gonna let some guy muscle in on my woman though.

Thanks very much. I just hope Mjoll doesn't catch on.
