Ok, so there was this glitch in Fallout 3 which allowed us to get more companions.
Does anyone know of any glitch to get two humanoid companions?

I dont know if theres a glitch, but if youre liked by NCR you can radio in for a trooper or ranger companion in addition to your other human companion and non-humanoid companion. The ncr follower does not have a companion wheel but he'll help you until hes killed, in which you have to wait a day to radio in again for another soldier. Also, i read that you can hire a bodyguard in freeside bringing the number up to 4 companions (but bodyguard doesnt leave area of freeside).

Yeah but that NCR guy will likely die very easily.
And they won't have any good characterization like the real companions have.

i caled in for NCR support and picked the ranger, she has been trecking around with me raul and EC E for quite some time time and does really well. I ended up dying before she did when we ran it to 6 giant Rad Scorpions NE of mojova out post..

Do you have to be in a certain area to call in an ncr troop because I tried once and it said something like I was out of area?
