after one of the main quests i saw a ghost horse running

i chased it and when i got up to it the steal icon came up and i tried to press it but it did nothing

what is the deal with this thing?

That's the Headless Horseman. I've seen him but I can't find anything about him.

I think he's just an easter egg but I'm not 100% on that though.

Followed him for miles until he stopped at a graveyard and i got attacked. Then he vanished. Cool though.

I saw him too. I also saw a "headless horseman". Anyone see him too?
